Although I'm closing in on 50 I still get carded regularly. Really. Some of my labels include disability rights advocate, PR professional and Minnesota Twins fan.
A lifelong Minnesotan, I have had rheumatoid arthritis since age 4. I'm so old, I was one of the first kids to be mainstreamed in my public school (Brooklyn Center). I work full-time for a place Tiffiny (another Disaboom blogger) mentions quite often.
I'm an avid reader, love live theater, enjoy movies but don't go as much as I'd like. My cat Duncan is an orange tabby who loves to chatter.
