About Me

My name is Dan and just over five years ago I was diagnosed with a non-specific form of muscular dystrophy (Dr’s best guess is some form of LGMD). I hate muscular dystrophy in every sense of the word, however, in a strange and twisted way it has opened doors for me that never would have opened otherwise. I am a registered medical marijuana patient and caregiver, and am also active in reforming marijuana laws, advocating for stem cell research, and personal privacy issues. Prior to 2003 I had a career in the field of architectural millwork and design.
