I am a 28 year old man who has spinabifida and I never been able to have sex because I can't orgasm or ejaculate.

I want to be able to have children someday and I refuse to get someone pregnant through a fertility clinic and i refuse to adopt because I want my child to be my DNA only.

I also would like to add that I have used a lot of sex toys including some electro sex toys but still nothing, no orgasm and no ejaculation.

I was wondering if there is some advice out there to help me with this problem

     thanks

Sorry you feel that way about adoption for I am a disabled adopted mother and trust me when I tell you I could not love them more if I gave birth to them myself . I know adoption is not for everyone yet dont cheat yourself out of one of the greatest gifts in life of parenthood . If I can answer any questions for you about the disabled and adoption please drop me a private message . Best wishes

I know that there are people that adopt and good for them if that is what they choose to do but as I said I only want my child to be my DNA and I do not want to go to fertility clinics. I have tried everything and orgasm and ejaculation is a no go still and its making me very frustrated at this point.

At this point I wish I could just turn my sex drive off since sex is not possible

but I am open to new suggestions that will help me achieve an orgasm and ejaculation

I found out the hard way that some anti-depressents cause that.  Check with your dr.

22 year old with Spina Bifida here :) you don't mention in your post if the problem is erectile too, or if erection is achieved but doesn't lead to ejaculation. I recently read a paper about a study carried out at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago during which they tested the effect of sildenafil citrate (Viagra) on a group of men with Spina Bifida and ensuing erectile dysfunction, and with pretty interesting results. So you might want to check with your doctor to make sure there are no clinical reasons why Viagra might be dangerous for you - such as distinct cardiovascular conditions. If that doesn't help, there's the extrema ratio of stem cell therapy - which I am considering myself. It's not really advertised because there's way too much confusion about anything that has to do with stem cells these days, but there are clinics around the world that can treat a number of neurological conditions, traumatic or congenital, with stem cells. I've read a few figures and testimonials, and there are people suffering from Spina Bifida who have benefited from stem cell therapy in terms of nerve regeneration, increased sensitivity, improved bladder and bowel control and all those little, big problems that make having a private life somewhat tricky. The treatments are not exactly cheap yet, but if you can afford it you might certainly want to consider the option. I know for a fact that there are good clinics in China and Germany, but there's probably some in North America as well.

What kind of injections? Also, if you don't mind me asking, what is the level of your lesion? I should probably have asked beforehand, as sexual function and potential tends to decrease as the level of the lesion increases. If it's higher than, say, thoracic 10 then it might be an objective problem. Viagra can help you maintain an erection, but it alone cannot help you reach an orgasm, since it doesn't act on nerves but on blood flow. In that case something a bit more radical, such as the aforementioned stem cell therapy, might help you.
