22 year old with Spina Bifida here :) you don't mention in your post if the problem is erectile too, or if erection is achieved but doesn't lead to ejaculation. I recently read a paper about a study carried out at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago during which they tested the effect of sildenafil citrate (Viagra) on a group of men with Spina Bifida and ensuing erectile dysfunction, and with pretty interesting results. So you might want to check with your doctor to make sure there are no clinical reasons why Viagra might be dangerous for you - such as distinct cardiovascular conditions. If that doesn't help, there's the extrema ratio of stem cell therapy - which I am considering myself. It's not really advertised because there's way too much confusion about anything that has to do with stem cells these days, but there are clinics around the world that can treat a number of neurological conditions, traumatic or congenital, with stem cells. I've read a few figures and testimonials, and there are people suffering from Spina Bifida who have benefited from stem cell therapy in terms of nerve regeneration, increased sensitivity, improved bladder and bowel control and all those little, big problems that make having a private life somewhat tricky. The treatments are not exactly cheap yet, but if you can afford it you might certainly want to consider the option. I know for a fact that there are good clinics in China and Germany, but there's probably some in North America as well.
