    Hello guys and gals,

Does anyone here have any experience with orgasms produced with a vibrator used on the penis?

I'm refering to high amplitude vibrators like the ones offered by Ferticare, Hitachi, Panasonic, and others.

I am a T9 paraplegic, they say I am incomplete, but I don't have any feeling at all below my belly button. I do have bowel and bladder control, and achieve an erection when touched or stroked.

My partner and I used this technique recently to try and help me achieve a "physical orgasm" and the experience was less than pleasant, my body responded and my muscles began to contract and relax, and I'm sure if we had continued the stimulation I would have ejaculated. I didn't however have any sensation, and the experience was a bit odd and I chose to stop.

My question is, would I have experienced any feeling of "completeness" had we continued? Would I have felt anything?

I know all about the percautions that need to be taken to gaurd against disreflexia, and I'm aware that I need to be sure and empty my bowels and bladder. So while I appreciate the concern, I don't need any info on those issues.

Thanks in advance for any help or insight that anyone can give me on this.

    Hello Mr.Dan,

Not an orgasm per say, but a euphoria of sorts with an ejaculate. I am a C3-4 Quad and a patient of Craig Rehab. I have been friends with Bonnie Simms of Family Services/Fertility/Sexuality of Craig and that was the most up to date as of about 3 years ago. Pretty much enjoy the pleasure of the feeling of the vibrator/vibrating toys, the ejaculate(if achievable) and the euphoria if accompanied with.

I'll add my experience, it may or may not help you.  I'm c4-6 incomplete, have almost 100 percent sensation, but I didn't always.  I have good function, but the only way I can get off is to use a vibrator like you said.  I feel it the way any man feels it, but then there's the other sensation.  There are chills, hair stiffening, muscle tightness all over, and significant spasms.  This is followed by immediate relaxation and a light feeling all over.  Unusual sensation at first, but very pleasurable as well.

    Hey man....

Wouldn't hurt to try it out.  Yes it does cause ejaculation for me at least 90% of the time, or more, and works just fine in the traditional way.  It's good you got sensation because timing can be tricky.  Gotta keep it pointed in the right direction, because it doesn't take long.  Anyway, check with a doctor first, make sure your count/motitliy and all is good, then have at it.  I'd be happy to give you more details, whether here or private email.  My exwife and I had tried for a short time, but we split up.  I've met someone now and she'd love to have a child, so we've started discussing it right off.  Curious girls want to know, lol....

Dude, if you're not getting anything from using Viagra, Levitra or Cialis, try wearing a kokk ring for maintaining an erection.  Get a snug but not super tight fitting one in soft leather with the adjustable snaps, wear it around both penis and balls, and see if that doesn't keep you up through the entire intercourse.

    Hey tsh3406,

I have an incomplete c6-7 SCI  and experance unreliable penial sensation, good erections, but no ejaculation.  So I've read all the info about using a vibrator.  What do you use?  I've tried the cheap $30 Wallgreen special no luck, and I can't afford the Feritcare at $850.  I hope it makes a difference and there is some middle ground. Thanks Joe

This is similar to what we use:

    http://www.conair.com/touch-tone-with-magnet-attachment-p-173.html

works at least 90% of the time for me, but great for both of us.  It doesn't need to be fancy.  When held against the base, with a little pressure, the desired effect takes no time at all.
