What the "Wheelin' Rev" sez....There must be a simple type of re-settable time piece that you can simply wear around your neck on a lanyard that you set every 6 hours.  Me? I take Celebrex once every other day for spinal lateral stenosis, bulging lumbar discs and mild scoliosis.  It doesn't do much for for the posterior tibial syndrome in my feet/ankles or my twice destroyed right knee but it has been such a God-send for my back that I NEVER have forgotten to take it.  And, I don't care that it doesn't do much for my feet or knee because I can actually stand almost straight up and am pain-free for the first time in my back for over 5 years! Whoopee.

I am also a fanatic about taking my medicine, though the better I feel, the easier it is to forget.  I have this nightmare about leaving town one day and forgetting them for a weekend, LOL, but usually, my body reminds me quite quickly if I have forgotten.  The biggest thing to remember is to take my Advil (I can't take Ibupropen in 800 mgs dosages) which I take every two hours.  The relief is cummulative so I try very hard to keep the bottle wherever room I am in to save me from "rolling" my way to the kitchen and banging up another wall,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,will I ever get used to the poor corners in this house.

Have a super wonderfilled and happy day!
