     Hello

    Im looking for a self defense martial arts technique for someone with Spina Bifida. My goal is to both be able to defend myself and my family plus weight loss. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

     hi dscope, if you google self defense in a wheelchair, you will see many articles that might help you or lead you to where to call. good luck.
