since i can't lift my arms too much, putting on and adjusting my glasses has always been a big problem. i considered getting a grabber for this purpose, but that wasn't a good idea. any suggestions as to what adaptive tool could be of help to me?

IdeaI do believe this is a ADA issue, but the main persons to contact would be

your local eye doc. The main idea, that has occured to me, would be contacts,

except that if one poped out, you would need someone to pop them back in,

much less, trying to find the thing[on the floor]. Maybe you can talk to the

doc's about a visor that allows a hat on your head, you can grip that, even

if the grips are thongs. Then again maybe you can try, bar-b-que thongs

for the glasses to be adjusted. Well, that was it, for the long shot. Good Luck.
