Hi! We are a team at Boston University's School of Management in the beginning stages of developing a new product. We are not asking for any money or personal information, just your opinions. The input of anyone confined to a bed (or spends a lot of time in bed) would be extremely valuable.

Our product is a fully automatic device that will easily allow you to perform a variety of tasks comfortably in bed, such as eating, reading or using a laptop. This remote-controlled product will silently fold out at an angle of your preference. When not in use, the device folds itself flat to hide discreetly behind your bed.

To learn more, please take our survey. Friends and family are encouraged to take the survey as well. Thank you for your time, it is greatly appreciated. http://bumanagement.qualtrics.com//SE?SID=SV_54tEeYIkY3z9vHS&SVID=Prod

hi team, nice to meet you!

well it might help alot of people out but for myself

i have a headboard, so it couldn't fit behind the bed.

i lay on my stomach using my laptop because of pain from an injury (that's why all the small case writing).

i think it would bother me having it on the side of the bed because the chair goes there and would cramp my moving around area.

i don't sit up in bed, so i wouldn't use it for a tray that way.

i'm not trying to put down your product, just trying to help. Smile maybe you could work on one for those that have to lay down and have lower level stuff. something cool that comes even to the bed that would be nice.

    good luck and welcome. Cool

    love debbie xoxo :)

Hi Debbie! Thanks SO much for your input!

Our device is actually meant to go behind headboards. we're still working out exact measurements, but it will be thin enough to hide flat against the wall behind your headboard, standing only 3 ft tall. Also, our workstation can be positioned at a 90 degree angle so you can actually lay down flat on your back and read (with your book suspended securely in the air). Technically a laptop could be placed in the same position, but we're not sure if that's even comfortable for someone trying to type.

Our product description should probably be more detailed and you gave us great ideas on how to improve it. So thanks again, we really appreciate it!
