Dear mcjane and everyone I feel like I need my kleenex too  no joking

Youre all so beautiful and special to me even though we never met . I must thank Disaboom  Dr Glen and Staff for letting me  open up . I feel everyone here at Disaboom has special gift's / qualities and you all mean alot to me .

I Freelance wrote most of my life since I was a young girl . I love writing and  doing whatever I feel compelled to express .

Poetry is a expresion from someone whether it's personal or just something abstract like art . Poetry is a art that helps me unwind .

Life is always full of chances

Long ago I lived on the edge

Eventually I went too the ledge

Pushed my limits way up far

Next I knew all broken down

Life is so precious now

Soul searching and knowledge so wise

Deeper than the scalpel knives

When I knew I am at peace

                God's

            " Think of Me " 

Wind blows the branches of the trees

My voice sang like the breeze

Thing's happen for a reason

I know there is more to it

     This season

So when you hear the wind blow once again

Think of me and My voice in the wind

I wrote This one when I was hooked up to a respirator and  had all these hoses coming out of my body because I was on life support . They didnt know if I was going to make it or not so  after a month  I managed to  dictate this little poem down .

 This  poem is special to me it is about life .

my medication made me marry you

i think it's time for another pill don't you

i knew that it was wrong, ya i knew it all along

my medication made me marry you.

my medicaton really makes me blind

people think you're crazy all the time

but now that i can see i see i'm finally set free

and how my medication medicates me

A lady in her wheelchair silently sat by the window

She always looked up at the sky

No one never knew why she did this day after day'

Without saying  a word she stared and gazed away

I watched her sitting by her window alone wondering why

She was looking at life through her Minds Eye

My life is unparalel and unbalanced

Moments pass by as if  important ones dont count

What is the most important action of my life

I once tried to be a good wife

The pain and struggles that tore us apart

Ripped a hole in my joyous heart

Yet I still forgive those who cross  my path

Evildoers who expell their  greedy wrath

I am  no one to judge them or their paths

Forgiveness comes from trust in the Lord Above

With that said my life is based on Gods love
