    Hi everybody,

I tried to post a blog at the cp club but it kept kicking me back to an 'error; page. So I thought I'd put a cp question out there and get some feedback.

I've noticed at night, especially when I'm in a relaxed, resting position that my legs are having more 'spastic tics and reactions'. I don't think it's quite the same as 'restless leg syndrome'that people talk about. I've heard many theories on why there's increased spasticity when resting. Anecdotal theories I've heard include, too much caffeine consumption, too much exercise during the day, not enough exercise and so on...Any thoughts?

    YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As an Asperger's/Autism adult, I do have spasticity attacks, all through the night, ever single night, all during sleep, & when taking afternoon naps!!!!!!!!
