OK I got the site open and saw the wheel...it is a wheel..right? So what is its secret (you said it was not as it seemed)  Not being mechanically minded..am confused....(nothing new)

Hard as I try.....I can't get it to open......but......it seems it wouldn't do me any good if I were able to open it.........what is it ? We give up !!!!!!.......peace and love .......Norma

To me it looks like the back half of a bicycle that had a shox suspension, it is just upside down right now and missing the front half...lol.  So what do you plan on doing with it?  Maybe make a handcycle out of your wheelchair so you just attach it to your current chair?

 I agree with ArizonaWheeler, lol. Off a mountain bike?

 Ark. takes the prize! (Sort of. Not owning a wheelchair I need to start from scratch.) It is off of a Mongoose mountain bike.
