So totally agree with you guys. Shop where we're respected, appreciated and accommodated. Don't shop where we can't have equal and safe access to whatever the hell it is we're looking to buy. I hate men's wear departments where the aisles are tight. It's virtually impossible to pull anything off the racks when you're practically sitting on it. LOL LOL LOL
I say we ALL email Dollar General and demand that they make their aisles 36 inches wide at the very LEAST in every one of their stores

from California to the New York Island, from the Redwood Forests, to the Gulf Stream Waters . . . .

Sometimes a flood of emails will totally freak out the Home Office. The last thing a business needs right now is a lousy reputation and losing potential customers. They're hurtin' bad enough as it is. Let's twist the blade a bit and wring some justice out of those buttheads! They should know better.
I've gone through super tight aisles in stores where a slight deviation from driving a straight line down the narrow aisle could cause stuff to fall from the shelves. So far, nothing's hit me falling. If it ever did, I'd file a liability suit for personal injury, any damages to my wheelchair, and punitive damages for the fact they ignored ADA regs.
Geez, can you imagine going through the fine crystals department? That would be a real awakening to management after they've managed to sweep up all the broken glass. LOL LOL LOL If they don't bother to correct the ADA violation within a couple weeks, invite a dozen other wheelchair users to go shopping with you on your next visit.
Remember -- the Republicans favored zero regulation. But they're not in power anymore (thank gawd!) and their future is so horribly uncertain. Maybe they won't be around for long to worry about anymore.
