Flames in the Cold

It's really cold out.

 

Really cold.

 

As in "last night's low was -18 degrees.  Fahrenheit." cold.  (That's -28 C, for what it's worth.)

 

Therefore, I bring you fire. Fire is pretty.  Fire is warm.  Some say the world will end in it, even.

I've always kind of wanted to try fire dancing, but given my general level of coordination (hint: it's pretty low), it's probably not a good idea.  But poi and long exposures do mix very well.  Cases in point:
