Voters with Disabilities are encountering problems today.  Here's a roundup of what we've heard so far:

touch voting machine for voters with disabilities
Virginia - In response to a complaint to the CNN Voter Hotline, the Virginia Board of Elections is directing polling stations to assist elderly and disabled voters, according to the board's Mike Litterst. He said Virginia Secretary of State Nancy Rodriguez has sent an email to state registrars that the stations are obligated to assist those individuals.

Florida - Anecdotal evidence on Twitter points to at least one instance of a voter with a disability being told they were not eligible to vote because they are disabled. Additionally Disaboom blogger KaraSwims was denied the right to a private voting area in Miami: "there were no lowered booths or even a table for me to use for voting. I asked a few officials but was told there was 'nothing they could do.' One offered me something stiffer than the book I brought to put on my lap to fill out the ballot, but the more important problem was privacy."

Arizona - The Arizona Center for Disability Law has filed a civil-rights complaint against Pima County over its intention not to count votes cast on touch-screen voting machines until Wednesday morning. Pima County maintains touch-screen voting machines at every polling place to comply with the Help America Vote Act, which requires that people with disabilities be able to vote without assistance.

St. Louis, MO - Report from Twitter indicates that legally-required curbside voting for disabled voters not available at some polling places.

St. Paul, MN - Report from Twitter says that learning-disabled voter in St. Paul requested that friend accompany her to the polls. An election judge did not allow assistance.

We'll keep you posted throughout the day.  For real-time updates check Twitter.  In the meantime, make sure you know your voting accessibility rights, and post any issues you encounter or hear about in the Problems at the Polls thread.

Hmm it looks like to me we're gonna need to start a revolution. I hear one more story of a disabled person being prevented from voting, I'm going to indiscriminately kill a republican official.
