Clearly, the fast food restaurants need some training on basic manners along with customer service.
Over in New York, Alice Camarillo is suing McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendys and Burger King. Alice is legally blind and she requires assistance reading the menu to be able to place an order. She has encountered employees who have presented attitudes and she is suing to require fast food restaurants to properly train their employees to serve people with disabilities.

Of course, you know where I stand on this-- I'm right up there with Alice as I attempt to get Steak 'n Shake to provide accessible drive thrus after I was denied service at the drive thru because I cannot hear the speaker. The only difference is that I haven't moved towards a lawsuit as I'm attempting to work with the Steak 'n Shake corporate offices and reach an accessible solution. Of course, the outcome remains to be seen.
I applaud Alice for plunging ahead and forging change. Looks like we need to bring back some basic manners and courtesy here in America. Accessible service, too!
