Wattles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;“Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.”&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;-Earl Nightingale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;So how does one learn to become successful and achieve the results their desire?&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;They learn and study the science of success; they learn and study the habits of successful people.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;In most cases this practice involves raising your awareness, habituating the practice of goal setting and planning and learning to focus on the present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;Did you know that it has been said that most individuals only spend 1% of their life focusing in the present? Most people&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT:normal;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;do not focus on their current tasks and activities.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;They are thinking about their past; the fight they had last night with their significant other, the children’s soccer game after work, the weekend plans, etc.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;They do not allow and demand of themselves to actually fully be and act in the present.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Did you know that it has been said that only 2% of the population actually thinks creatively? In addition, 3% of individuals think that they think, and 95% of the population would rather die than think? Since thought has been linked to results and understanding that mental activity does not constitute as thinking, this means only a small percentage of the population really understand and uses the power of creative thinking to fast forward to their goals and realize their ideals. These are the people that are extremely successful, they choose their results.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT:normal;FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT:normal;FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;"&gt;So how does one become more aware and learn how to work at their full potential and realize their goals?&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;They progress through the seven levels of awareness. These levels are as follows:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:#444444;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;Our first level of awareness is our animal awareness, this level&amp;nbsp;is innate, we are aware of ourselves and others, we are aware of the needs to sustain life.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;The second level of awareness is the mass level.&amp;nbsp; This is where an individual&amp;#39;s awareness remains quite limited.&amp;nbsp; Their decisions are based upon what everyone else is doing, they do not think for themselves. They conform, they follow the masses.&amp;nbsp; The majority of people, more than half are at this level and stay at this level their entire life time. These individual do not use creative thought. Most of them are not happy with their current results. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The third level of awareness is aspiration.&amp;nbsp; This is where an individual becomes aware of deep feelings and desires that may be different than that of what everyone else is doing and they start to explore these feelings, desires and thoughts. They are wanting more, they want further growth and development professionally and personally, they aspire to be&amp;nbsp;more. This is when they want to break away from the masses and become an individual.&amp;nbsp; This is when we aspire to learn more, to become better people, to serve our family, friend and community better. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The fourth level of awareness is the individual level or stage. This is where a person uses creative thought to create their own identity statement; this is the who, what and the why, their ultimate purpose in life, their own personal “because”. This is the level where they figure out their passion, their goals, their dreams and their plans, and this purpose is unique to that individual.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; These are the individual reasons and purposes that drive us. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A fair percentage of individuals make it to these 3rd and 4th levels, unfortunately for many, limiting beliefs, poor self esteem, lack of confidence, feelings of doubt&amp;nbsp;or other negative emotions keep many people here and they are unable to break free to the next levels of awareness. These individuals who remain in these levels never really quite get the results they desire or reach their goals efficiently or timely.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The next level of awareness is discipline. This is where an individual becomes aware of how to use thought, goals, planning, and desire to manifest the outcomes and results they want.&amp;nbsp; Those with discipline to stay on course, steadfast towards their goals, no matter what is happening around them or what other people (the masses) are saying to or about&amp;nbsp;them, &amp;nbsp;those that learn, study, practice and habituate the science of success and wealth reach this level.&amp;nbsp; Many drop out here and fail to progress beyond this point due to lack of discipline, or give up too soon before their results manifest, often times just before they reach their goals.&amp;nbsp; Those that move on to the next level of awareness practice these habits of success are rewarded. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Stop a moment and take an opportunity to think about why we want to aspire for more, it is to better serve others and to live a fuller life. Those individuals who have a strong desire to do things better move forward through the various levels of awareness. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;The 6th level of awareness is experience.&amp;nbsp; Through the study and habituation of the skills and knowledge of how to become successful and wealthy, and through steadfast discipline, one will begin to see how the process works. When they see the results they desire manifest, they will become stronger in how they practice and do more of the same. When they do not see the results they desire, they will change what they are doing, practice with discipline until they see the results they desire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;The 7th level of awareness is becoming a mastermind. Only a very small percentage of the population reaches this point.&amp;nbsp; These individuals have learned the science of success, they understand how the science and process works, they have fine tuned their practices and habits based on their experience and are extremely effective at attracting success, resources, people and even wealth.&amp;nbsp; They are very effective and efficient in reaching their goals, receiving their desires and manifesting the results that they want. They choose their results. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Think of the capacity of helping others, serving others better and achieving your desires, when you can choose your results. Think of the positive impact you can have on your life and other peoples&amp;#39; lives when you are a mastermind.&amp;nbsp; Every one of us reading this article has the mental facilities and capacity to become a mastermind.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;COLOR:black;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="articletext"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:11pt;FONT-FAMILY:&amp;#39;Book Antiqua&amp;#39;;mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma;"&gt;Changing the personal effects and your patterns of success at work is more important than you might think. Create your own, read it daily and see how you will increase your ability to attract good things to you and achieve your goals and dreams at an accelerated rate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:10pt;FONT-FAMILY:Tahoma;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:10pt;FONT-FAMILY:Tahoma;"&gt;A: Avoid negative thoughts, feelings, people and actions.&lt;br /&gt;B: Believe in yourself and in your dreams.&lt;br /&gt;C: Consider things from every perspective.&lt;br /&gt;D: Do not give up. Do not give in.&lt;br /&gt;E: Endeavor to live your dream life.&lt;br /&gt;F: Focus on your goals and your plans.&lt;br /&gt;G: Give back. Give willingly. Give thanks.&lt;br /&gt;H: Hold your dreams in your mind.&lt;br /&gt;I: Inspire your actions.&lt;br /&gt;J: Just do it.&lt;br /&gt;K: Keep moving forward, always advancing.&lt;br /&gt;L: Love yourself first and foremost.&lt;br /&gt;M: Make things happen, act with purpose.&lt;br /&gt;N: Never act without integrity.&lt;br /&gt;O: Open your heart, it only opens from the inside.&lt;br /&gt;P: Practice with discipline. Make good habits.&lt;br /&gt;Q: Quitters never win, winners never quit.&lt;br /&gt;R: Read, study, learn new ideas and concepts that are in alignment with your values.&lt;br /&gt;S: Stop procrastination and act today.&lt;br /&gt;T: Take control of your life and destiny, act from the inside out, not the outside in.&lt;br /&gt;U: Understand yourself and others and practice allowance.&lt;br /&gt;V: Visualize your dreams and goals.&lt;br /&gt;W: Want it more than anything, feed your desires.&lt;br /&gt;X: Xcellerate your efforts, be efficient. (ok, I cheated a bit here!)&lt;br /&gt;Y: You are unique and special, know that you have much to contribute, ignore the desire to compete.&lt;br /&gt;Z: Zero in on your target, focus on your goals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:10pt;FONT-FAMILY:Tahoma;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE:10pt;FONT-FAMILY:Tahoma;"&gt;Enjoy your abundant attitude, your acquired abundance and your fuller life. &lt;p&gt;Coping with a chronic illness, such as Myasthenia Gravis, is filled with challenges. However, in every day, it is important to find the hope and faith that your condition will improve, and it will when you have a positive attitude and a strong focus on abundant hope and abundant health. The chronic injury or illness experience can be a good thing. In David Letterman fashion, I have created my own top ten list of the positives of the chronic injury or illness experience: &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;9) Otherwise complete strangers are your instant friends, as they now share a common bond of the injury or illness experience. Look we are all meeting here today! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;A Medical Definition Of Fibromyalgia:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;Fibromyalgia is a condition that affects between 3 and 10% of the worlds population, most of whom are female. It is most commonly found between the ages of 20 and 50.&lt;br /&gt;Also known as fibromyositis, Fibromyalgia is part of a group of common rheumatoid disorders (those not involving the joints). It is characterized by achy pain, tenderness, and stiffness of muscles. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The painful condition of the muscles can occur as a result of stress, muscle injury, or muscle overuse. Tender areas in the muscles commonly called &amp;quot;knots&amp;quot; but in medical terminology called &amp;quot;tender points&amp;quot; create muscle spasm and tightness. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fibromyalgia is not contagious, and recent studies suggest that people with fibromyalgia may be genetically predisposed. It affects more women than men, with a ratio globally of 3-5:1.&lt;br /&gt;Estimates now put between three and six percent of the population in the United States alone as having been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A related condition that can be present with fibromyalgia, is Myofascial Pain Syndrome or MPS. This condition is also characterized by painful muscles, however people with MPS have trigger points not tender points. Trigger points are places anywhere on the body that when pressed cause pain to radiate in repeatable ways. MPS sometimes follows injuries, overuse injuries such as RSI, and trauma. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;MPS sometimes spreads, and a condition which was localized can eventually become quite generalized if left untreated. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Initially MPS and Fibromyalgia were thought to be the same, however it is increasingly clear that they are not. However the confusion arises because they are often present together.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;

Think about it, what do you really want? If you do not know, how can you receive it? Once you identify what you really want, write it down and if you have it already; fantastic! Choose what you really want to be your experience.&lt;br /&gt;“&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;To choose is also to begin&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;.”&lt;br /&gt;-Starhawk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Goal Setting Exercise:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take a few minutes to reflect on what exactly you wish to do, each day, each week, month and year. Now, take those thoughts and list 3-5 goals. Here are some examples of some goals:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1) I wish to spend more time with my family.&lt;br /&gt;2) I wish to exercise.&lt;br /&gt;3) I wish to work and have a successful career.&lt;br /&gt;4) I wish to find love.&lt;br /&gt;5) I wish to have more money.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go back and revise your goals and be as detailed, objective and finite as possible. List your goal and then describe it as you imagine it would feel like if you were doing it or having it at this present moment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1) I wish to spend 3 hours a day, one on one time with my family, playing, laughing and having fun together at the park.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;2) I wish to exercise for 30-60 minutes 3-5 times a week, including walking, bicycle riding, weight lifting and swimming.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;3) I wish to work in an environment that allows me to strive, not just survive, I wish to be successful and promoted to manager within the year.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;4) I wish to meet my soul mate and be involved in a loving, caring, sharing and passionate relationship with this person and partner.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;5) I wish to make “$ XX” dollars a year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, go back and review your list again, read it out loud, how does the list make you&lt;b&gt; feel&lt;/b&gt;? Do you feel good and happy when you read it and imagine yourself doing it or having those things right now? Good, that means you have identified good goals for you at this time. If you feel anxious or uneasy about your list, then go back and re-write the goals over and over until you do feel good. You should perform this exercise again, once you meet these goals and establish more goals. But it does require some reconditioning, some introspection, some changes and some monitoring of my thoughts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Having the chronic illness, I lived in fear for awhile immediately after my diagnosis and worst of the illness. I was terribly sick and started to live in fear that everything I did would make me worse. I happened to come across horrible stories and books about the debilitation of the illness and lived in fear that my life was now going to be lost due to the crazy disease. Over time, I studied and began to understand, despite the illness, I don&amp;#39;t have any limitations, I can achieve anything I want to, it may not be on the time schedule I think or want, it may not be in the exact way or as easy as I think it should be or want, and it may not always be perfect. But I have eliminated the presence of fear from my mind and daily dialogue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do notice it in others. They speak of fear, fear of their debt, the bills, aging, the economy....that what you focus on expands.... the greatest thing about being human is that we have this incredible mind, we can actually choose our thoughts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We can choose to reject those bad statements about our economy, we can reject the limitations the doctors put on us based on the label of our condition. We can reject the idea and fear that comes when we look at our bank accounts, and choose to think of abundance and infinite possibilities. We can choose to study ourselves and the universal spiritual laws to live in peace and develop hope and faith. We can &lt;a class="" href="http://www.acquiredhope.com/"&gt;&lt;font color="#800040"&gt;acquire hope &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;for any challenge that meets us head on.... as Bob Proctor says .... &amp;quot;when &lt;em&gt;fear knocks on the door and faith opens it, lo and behold, there was no one there&lt;/em&gt;.&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, let me ask you this, what is present if there is no fear? The answer is faith...trust and belief. Faith that everything you need will show up for you right on time and allow you to be successful, trust in everything that is presenting itself, as there are no coincidences, you are right where you should be all the time, and believe that it is here to stay...that you can do it and that you deserve it. In the absence of fear, you will find bliss.....as Joseph Campbell once said &amp;quot;&lt;em&gt;follow your bliss&lt;/em&gt;&amp;quot;. your bliss will lead you to your life journey, purpose and happiness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why is it that so many of us immediately go to fear and doubt rather than faith and trust?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why is it that so many of us are missing out on what life has to offer because we stay in fear?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When we drop the Fear, our awareness and perceptions expand---we have absolute awareness and can embrace the blessings that are coming our way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I read recently that &lt;strong&gt;FEAR&lt;/strong&gt; equates to &lt;em&gt;False Evidence Appearing Real&lt;/em&gt;. You can change that false reality by choosing to reject it. Accept only those thoughts, actions and beliefs that live in hope and faith. Believe it is possible, see yourself with it and practice surrender, let it go and ride the wave of trust and belief to you bliss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;&lt;em&gt;Belief consists in accepting the affirmations of the soul: unbelief, in denying them&lt;/em&gt;.&amp;quot; -Ralph Waldo Emerson&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Drop the F word, drop the Fear from your life and endeavor to live!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

It can ravage our&amp;nbsp; bodies causing disease and disability. It can reak havoc on our minds, confusing us and directing us to live in fear and anxiety. It can ruin relationships if we let it. It can take attention away from ourselves and the things in life that are most important.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have found, in success and obtaining optimal health, finding inner peace, and reducing stress is absolutely critical. Here is a summary of the 10 step process Dr. Dyer presents:Here is a 10 step process for creating a stress-free and tranquil life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Remember that your natural state is joy. You are a product of love and joy, learn to stay in harmony with these feelings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) Your thoughts, not the world, cause your stress. Did you know your feelings are actually your vibrational state...so when you are feeling good you are in a high vibration, when you are feeling bad, you are in a low vibration. So feeling good is iportant as that high vibration is what attract good things and optimal health to you, you are keeping your body in harmony. That is well being, that is optimal health. Our attitude also determines what and who we attract to us and how we live. You are responsible for your current results... you-only you. Every result in your life is the effect of your prior thoughts, feeling and actions - which have manifested in front of you in your life as physical results. If you want to change any of your results.... your health, wealth, freedom, meaningful relationships, you have to go on the inside and really take a look at your thoughts, feeling and actions. This is where you must look to see where and what you need to change in order to change your results. But understand this---&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;you can change and improve anything in your life&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. Just learn how to go inside, learn how to live in harmony with the universal/spiritual laws. Learn to work with these laws, not against them and you will absolutely see immediate changes and better results in your life. &lt;/div&gt;

Learn that the law of gratitude keeps you in harmony with receiving abundance. Understand the law of circulation means that receiving is good, giving is better and learn to not hoard your acquisitions or bank account. Understand that the law of cause and effect may just be the law of laws...what you sow, so shall you reap, what you put into the universal returns to you...concentrate and focus on all the good you can give..and give without effort, never thinking about what you will receive...give willing and feel how good it feels to give! Learn the law of attraction, everything in this universe vibrates, what you think, feel and how you act will determine what and who you are attracting into your life. Learn to use this law to work for you, raise your vibration, live well---- live abundant in health, wealth (which means freedom and well being), create meaningful relationships and be so grateful for all the good that has come to you and is coming to you!&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Attitudes: An Abundant Attitude&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Why not choose to live with an abundant attitude, one that thinks, feels and acts as if the Universe is abundant and there is only infinite opportunities and possibilities. As we grow, or develop in mind, body and soul, as we become more self aware of our &lt;a href="http://discoverlifepurpose.com/"&gt;&lt;font color="#800040"&gt;life purpose&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, goals and passions we recognize one of our spiritual responsbilities is to move into one-ness with the universe/God, our higher power. With this we move beyond living in an emotional reactive way to challenges in life to cultivating positive emotions as our habits. We learn to respond as opposed to react. We remain steadfast in our vision, focus and goals no matter what happens. We have a knowing that everything we need is already here or will come to us, that we can tackle anything that comes our way. We simply live as if life is meant to be abundant and that abundance is already here, we are already connected to it. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;What this means is we learn to love even when we don&amp;#39;t feel love, we are kind and generous, even when we would ordinarily complain or hoard, and we hold an image of abundance and never focus on lack or what we do not presently have, we live in a continous state of gratitude, even if we wouldn&amp;#39;t ordinarily feel particularly thankful. Successful people, make feeling love, joy, optimism, hope, abundance and gratitude their way of being, their habit. After gaining a conscious awareness and with some work overcoming the conditioning that they grew up with, they make thinking, feeling and acting with an abundant attitude their life and way of living. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Our attitudes are our mental stances, they determine everything that comes to us, everyone we attract and they ultimately determine our results. Our attitudes are the glasses from which we view the universe and see the world. Do we see abundance, love and joy or do we see lack, poverty and fear? We can change the way we see the world by changing our thinking, by cultivating a positive attitude. When we live in joy, acquire hope, see only abundance and possibility, we begin to remake our world and we can literally change our conditions, our results and our place, simply because our attitudes have changed. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;My favorite quote from &lt;a href="http://success-innerpeace.com/"&gt;&lt;font color="#800040"&gt;Dr. Dyer &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;says is all, &amp;quot;&lt;em&gt;Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.&amp;quot;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Additionally, the tremendous benefit of living with an abundant attitude, in faith and gratitude is that it keeps us connected to the universe and all that is providing. It is the recognition of this connection that is often the point of illumination and time when one opens up to the flow of abundance, the more grateful we are, the more of an abundance sense of life we will experience.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;The more you cultivate the abundant attitude, even if you don&amp;#39;t feel it, the more you consciously improve or change your attitude, the more you will feel it. The more loving we feel, the more love we receive, the more giving we are, the more that is given to us, the more abundant and successful we feel, the more success will be attracted to us, the healthier we feel, the more health and vitality we will experience. The more thankful we are, the more we experience the joys and richness of spirit that grateful feelings produce. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;&lt;em&gt;Our lives are not determined by what happens to us, but how we react to what happens; not by what life brings&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; reaction of positive thoughts, events&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; and outcomes. it is a catalyst..a spark that creates extraordinary results&lt;/em&gt;.&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When you live in harmony with the law of attraction and other universal laws, you can turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.......&lt;/p&gt;
