That movie I guess will depict how blind people live a normal life of having no dight. The new 9 movie may not live up to its hype – but then again, it's been demonstrated time and again that critics don't know what they're talking about. The 9 movie reviews haven't been stellar. However, it has a heavyweight cast – Elijah Wood, Christopher Plummer, Jennifer Connelly, John C. Reilly, and an upstart director called Tim Burton. (He makes heavy waves.) It's a post apocalyptic CGI film in which machines have obliterated mankind, and small robots get into adventures, not to be confused with District 9, about aliens trapped on earth in South Africa – who aren't to be confused with the Springboks. Still, the 9 movie is a Tim Burton film, which usually means a big studio pay day.

The news wires are buzzing about the Sarah Palin Runner's World interview. The Sarah Palin Runner's World interview is getting attention especially since the news broke just after it ran that Palin Quits, as governor of Alaska, same as the Palin Vanity Fair spread. Some claim it's so she can concentrate on a Palin 2012 run for President. Her comments in the articles get a bit confusing – although many people have come close to throwing unsecured loans into distilling anything Palin has said into something that resembles a statement that makes sense. Still, a lot of people might look into payday loans to get their own copy of the Sarah Palin Runners' World interview.

You might refer to Leisl's blog of yesterday, "Just because it's there doesn't mean you have to die on it," which was the most viewed blog of the day with, at this point, 102 views, but carries a positive comment from Disaboom Customer Service rep Lily. In it, Leisl DEFENDS the movie, saying that blindness is only a METAPHOR for the human condition, and the uproar and protests are misplaced. I wrote a strongly worded disagreement. I believe the above statement is more on target. bonnie

Alexa, If ABC had made a few more calls, they would have been able to find "ethicists" in the U.S. who agree with Warnock. Summer Johnson, editor of the bioethics blog, is one of them. She put up a post defending Warnock. That stinks, I have a friend who has alzheimers. She is only 56 and we would not even think of her as a burden because we all love her to much. We take turns to help her so her husband can have some time to himself to relax, as best he can. I say Color Me Glad also. Sandy

I've noticed a lot of rather angry political screeds on this site, and I'd really much rather read thoughtful commentary on both sides.
