About Me

Norma Stanley is an award-winning multicultural marketing consultant, specializing in developing corporate marketing programs to reach the disability community. Her company, NFS Communications and Publishing, Inc., is one of only a handful of marketing firms across the country, specializing in this area. She is also the mother of a young adult daughter born with cerebral palsy, an author, poet, public speaker, journalist, a singer/songwriter and an amazing cook. Always an avid community volunteer, after the birth of her daughter, Sierra, Norma found her passion and purpose, and is now an advocate, journalist and voice for the disability community. Her goal is to ensure that not only are critical stories told that would enhance the quality of life for those within the community, but that stories are told celebrating the community. These stories include news and features about people with disabilities and those who love and support them. Her online radio show "Exceptional People, Exceptional Lifestyles" airs weekly on BlogTalkRadio every Friday and has an accompanying newsletter of the same name.
