I'm Kara, a little person with Osteogenesis Imperfecta. I'm a therapist, writer, and professor who's always scrambling for time to finish my dissertation.These days I spend my days on dry land, but I'm a former Paralympic swimmer and lifetime lover of adapted sports. I'm a passionate advocate and definitely a girl with a cause. I have one goal that overflows into everything that I do and that's to RAMP MINDS.
