Hello Robin.......I'm Norma......unfortunately for Kirby......I'm from Texas......a bit too far to help him.I live east of Dallas, in the country. My best friend, on whose property I live, and I rescue feral cats.........try to tame them.........trap and medicate the ones who are sick......try to tame them enough to catch so we can neuter them.......so needless to say, Kirby wouldn't scare either one of us. I know there are more like us around.....I hope and pray you can find someone......or a group who will help Kirby. He's entitled to a long and happy life.
