I am also a Vegitarian for atleast the last 25 yrs or so, you gave great advice, I prob would have said the same thing. you can never go wrong with fresh fruits and veggies they are the way to go. don't forget your protiens, beans, nuts. soy. tofu.
I make ok (my helper makes with my instructions) a stir fry with very small cubes of firm tofu, that is quick browned in pan then add veggies, and soy sauce.
