     Hey Debbie,

     I am also a Vegitarian for atleast the last 25 yrs or so, you gave great advice, I prob would have said the same thing.  you can never go wrong with  fresh fruits and veggies they are the way to go. don't forget your protiens, beans, nuts. soy. tofu.

     I make ok (my helper makes with my instructions) a stir fry with very small cubes of firm tofu, that is quick browned in pan then add veggies, and soy sauce.

     hi teawolf, i like the firm tofu also. helens kitchen is a good one. i forgot to mention fresh smoothies are great if you don't feel like eating the fruits. like norma says it's getting started and just doing it can be the hard part. i've been on a choc chip cookie addiction lately.Smile
