I just looked up info about Chiari, and I doubt I have it.  I don't have any of the symptoms listed.  Also, I have had many MRIs and CTs throughout my life, and none of the neurologists I've had have ever mentioned that I have it.  Obviously, I could be wrong, but one of them probably would have mentioned it by now.

Most doctors don't mention it until symptoms occur. A lot of people with sb don't know they even have it.

Hi Mike,

 I have Spina Bifida. My injury is L3/L4. I'm pretty high functioning. I can move my knees, walk with crutches (although not very often as I use the wheelchair most of the time) have had multiple surgeries although not all that many compared to some people I know with SB, and have not had thethered chord surgery, have a full time job, an active social life and just started seeing someone a couple months ago. About a year ago I posted a thread entitled Guys With Disabiliites and Dating to see what other disabled people have done in relationships and what their experiences were and now I'm experiencing it myself so I'm pretty happy about that.
