Except for going out to the grocery store for Nate, because he needed "MIL-STD" "Egg Substitute" for tonight's Supper, which will be "Pancakes", I simply need to "be alone". I had to take a nap after Lunch to have some cognitive/sensory "down-time". After a couple of hours on my back, I did wake up "uncoordinated", with respect to my movements in bed. I laid there for another hour in my bed, with my hands curled up positioned on either side of my head, & I did have "short" intermittent stretching spasms in my legs, & I had a couple more uncontrollable wettings in my diaper, & an uncontrollable bowel voiding into my diaper. I did finally swivel my hips & legs over the side of my bed, & "plopped" onto my knees, & with difficulty, I used my right leg to "push up", to get me into a crouched stance. My arms & hands, were still curled up a bit, before they suddenly "relaxed", & I then proceded to "change" my wet & dirty diaper, & then get dressed again to "go out for a while around town". Anyway, I am here @ the Kelley Library, which will close @ 5:00 PM. Not feeling hungry yet. I will eat Supper sometime around 7 to 8 in the evening.

Yesterday, while I was out around town, I did come across a woman in the Border's Express Bookstore in the Mall @ Rockingham Park, who had her "autistic" daughter with her. She was trying to find books on teaching "social skills". I did direct her to go to the "regular" Border's Bookstore in "The Loop" Shopping Plaza in Methuen, which has a more full selection of parenting special needs children books. I did introduce myself, & I did say, that I am autistic, with Asperger's Syndrome. I may have my own "cognitive/social impairments", but, my being a sort-of "walking encyclopedia" does have a "use" in this world.
