Most people who wear eyeglasses do so because they have mildly to moderately impaired vision and need their glasses in order to see clearly. That doesn't stop eyeglass-wearers from making a statement with their corrective lenses.
Why should the status of prosthetics as a medical necessity for amputees stop them from being similarly fashionable? That's what Hans Alexander Huseklepp asked himself when designing Immaculate, a concept that explores new possibilities for prosthesis-wearers.
The neurological prosthetic is clad in technology-packed corian plates with dome-joints that offer a larger degree of freedom than standard-issue biological joints. It also connects to the user's central nervous system to facilitate ease of use.
