Low Fat Creamy Chocolate Mousse - low fat dessert recipes
This is one of my favored low fat chocolate recipes. This mousse is creamy, delicious, and nearly a sin to have. But it’s all right to eat: it’s a low fat creamy chocolate mousse!
Depending upon the containers you use, you are able to also make it look… professional.
Use, for instance, a martini glass, or a clear whyskey glass and decorate it with strawberries.
That’s how low fat chocolate recipes look as appealing as they taste!

Ingredients:
50 g dark chocolate
1/3 dup of vanilla Fruche
1/3 cup of light evaporated milk
1/3 cup of low fat plain yoghurt
1 Tbs drinking cocoa
1 Tbs brandy essence (ahh, the flavour without those useless cals!)
1 Tbs Kahlua imitation essence (or coffee essence)
1 sachet gelatine
1/4 cup of boiling water
4 egg whites
1/4 cup of Splenda (artificial sweetener without aspartame)
6 strawberries
1 Tbs Cointreau imitation essence.
This is what you do:
Mix the Fruche, milk and yoghourt in a big bowl.
And so add the drinking chocolate, brandy and kahlua essences to the melted chocolate, mixing well.
Mix the chocolate with the yoghurt mixture stirring well.
Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl adding the sweetener, and then pour onto the chocolate mixture.
Pour into 6 containers and chill for about 3 hours.
Cut the strawberries in halves and decorate the mousse once set.
Sheer low fat chocolate recipe indulgence!
