Partially because I have a thing for alliteration and I think Money Mondays in May is catchy, but mostly because I've decided to try a few new things with my research for the posts-I'll be taking a short break from POSTING the weekly blogs focused on finances but I will return with hopefully even more insight on the topic in a few weeks.

Thanks to a thread I started about what money matters interest Disaboomers, I've been inspired by several new ideas. I plan to do some more in-depth research, interview a couple experts, and conduct a field experiment on how to best manage my money on a weekend vacation to the Keys! I know..I know...it's a HUGE sacrifice for me to pack up my belongs and my bulldogs and head south to enjoy a few days on the beach with family and friends! But just for the sake of a lively tale (or two) to share on my blog-I'm going to take one for the team and head to Key West.
I'll be back this week (and through the rest of the month) to blog on other topics but thought I'd give an update on when you can expect the next Monday Monday. Until then, save your pennies and you won't catch me renting any beach chairs....I bring my own!
