Hale and well met

I am a seed bead artist. I use size 11 and smaller sized seed beads for my color , fabric as my canvas and a three inch beading needle for my "paint brush".  I have been beading for over 20 years and it is a way of keeping my sanity when I am chair or house bound because of Polio and Post Polio Syndrom. I have created artwork from out of the box subjects that are -hang on the wall- pieces to purses and bible covers. My avatar is one of earlier pieces and it has become my way of thinking of life. Recreating self out of the ashes, resurrection from searching to saved.

I'm so glad to be able to talk to other artists again. I had worked a local art gallery for five years and got used to being part of nine art shows a year. I was getting art withdrawal....and am glad to have an artistic outlet again.

Hello Becky, I too am a beader. Just moved so beads still remain boxed, but hope to get to them in the next couple of weeks. Franny

Do you have a site where I can see some of your work?
