The "Take and Go Emergency (Personal Emergency Data) Book", in PDF format, is great! I can offer something of a tip here, too... If one doesn't want to hand-write one's info in the "Take and Go Emergency Book" (TGEB), due to coordination issues, one can download and install "PDF X-Change Viewer" for free, *and* have the ability to type directly into the line-spaces, text-boxes, etc. of any PDF-form, *** and Save the typed form as a new document,*** preserving your typed information (unlike Acrobat Reader)! The link to download this entirely free program is; http://www.docu-track.com/download/PDFXVwer.zip Thanks for considering... Richard in Louisiana

I think this is an excellent service that you all provide. After what happened during Hurricane Katrina, this book should be able to open some lines of communication.

This is a wonderful book for every disabled person or the family of a disabled person to have for preparation of and emergency evacuation and certainly to take along with you to make certain nothing is forgotten.
